Easy Boba is shaking things up literally with the launch of India’s first-ever Boba Tower Challenge, a spirited test of appetite, endurance, and pure boba love. The latest offering from the popular bubble tea chain invites individuals to take on a 3.5-litre Boba Tower paired with a specially designed ‘Boba Thali’, all to be finished within a tight 15-minute window.

Far from a typical sipping session, the Boba Tower Challenge aims to create a high-energy, shared experience that blends fun with flavour. With two beverage base options, Rs.1,500 for water-based teas and Rs.1,800 for milk-based participants who manage to polish off the towering tea and thali within the time limit win more than just bragging rights. Successful challengers receive a full refund of the tower price, a cash reward of Rs. 1000, and an exclusive ‘Boba Smasher’ T-shirt. Their name and completion time will also be proudly displayed on the official Boba Tower leaderboard.

“The idea behind the Boba Tower Challenge was to break away from the usual bubble tea formats and spark something bold and interactive.” said Adnan Sarkar, Founder, Easy Boba. “It’s not just about finishing the Boba Tower, it’s about community, energy and a shared passion for this beloved drink.”

Beyond the solo thrill of the challenge, Easy Boba is also introducing a more relaxed variation with its ‘sharing tower’, a 3.5-litre Boba Tower meant for groups of friends or families. Priced the same as the individual version, the sharing tower offers roughly 10–12 servings, making it an attractive, cost-effective choice for social outings or casual gatherings. This offer is available only in select outlets.

Industry analysts see the Boba Tower as a timely innovation in India’s fast-growing bubble tea market. As urban consumers increasingly seek out engaging, customisable food and beverage experiences, brands like Easy Boba, now with over 20 outlets nationwide are responding with inventive formats that stand out. With options ranging from dairy-free to plant-based and low-calorie, the brand has already established itself as a leader in inclusive beverage choices.

The Boba Tower initiative is also being hailed as a savvy move to attract younger consumers, those who are as excited about capturing shareable moments as they are about unique flavours. Food and beverage challenges may be common overseas, but this bubble tea-centric twist gives the Indian market something distinctly fresh and Instagram-worthy.

Easy Boba’s latest venture is not just about pushing limits, it’s about raising the bar for bubble tea culture in India. With the Boba Tower at its center, the brand continues to blend creativity, affordability, and a strong sense of community into every sip.
