After the success of its Hibiscus & Peach variant, Sector Gin, embraced by a growing community of gin drinkers across India, now completes the trio with two new expressions: Raw Mango Chilli and Orange & Cacao. Staying true to its citrus-forward profile and understated approach to craft, Sector continues to refine its signature two-part distillation method, creating gins shaped by intention and effortless drinkability.

“Sector has always been shaped by intention. We’re not trying to chase extremes, just create spirits that feel balanced and inviting. The response to our earlier variants showed us that people connect with flavours that are familiar yet refined. With Raw Mango Chilli and Orange & Cacao, exploring new profiles in a way that still feels approachable, inviting, and very much like Sector,” says Bharat Bhagnani, Founder & CEO, Living Root Beverages.

Raw Mango Chilli carries a quiet sense of nostalgia, the kind that comes from the first bite of a raw mango sprinkled with chilli. It brings together the bright tang of unripe mango with the gentle warmth of red chillies. The aroma recalls mangoes on the edge of ripening, lively, green, and slightly sweet. On the palate, it opens with vibrant tartness before easing into a soft, warming spice that lingers without overwhelming. The heat is subtle, more of a glow than a burn, giving the variant a playful yet balanced character.

Orange & Cacao is reminiscent of walking through an orange orchard, opening with bright notes of orange zest before settling into gentle hints of gently roasted cacao. The aroma brings together mellow cacao with fresh citrus, creating a balanced, lightly sweet profile. On the palate, the citrus leads first, gradually giving way to a velvety cocoa depth, finishing refined and rounded with a subtle sweetness and a lingering citrus lift.

Rolling out across Goa, Maharashtra, Daman, and Haryana in 750ml and 180ml formats.
