<p>Red Rhino has entered the retail segment with the launch of its bottled craft beer range in Bengaluru, marking a significant expansion beyond its established draft footprint across 100+ on-tap locations. The move positions the homegrown brewery to tap into the growing demand for premium craft beer in Bengaluru’s evolving retail market.</p>



<p>Founded by <strong>Kishore Pallamreddy</strong> and <strong>Rachana Pallamreddy</strong>, Red Rhino operates a commercial brewery in Malur on the outskirts of Bengaluru. The facility houses a five-vessel brewhouse, dedicated kegging lines, multiple fermentation tanks, bright beer tanks (BBTs) and automated quality control systems, enabling the brand to maintain consistency and scale without compromising on quality. All bottled variants are crafted and brewed in-house at the Malur brewery.</p>



<p>The bottled craft beer portfolio includes Golden Harvest Lager (ABV 4.8 percent| IBU 17), Soul Surfer Hefeweizen (ABV 4.9 percent | IBU 15) and Bangalore Daze IPA (ABV 6.8 percent | IBU 68), each available in 330 ml bottles. The Golden Harvest Lager is brewed with premium basmati rice, offering a crystal-clear pour, a lasting white head and a notably smooth finish. The Soul Surfer Hefeweizen is an unfiltered wheat ale with classic banana and clove notes, delivering a creamy mouthfeel and soft spice true to German brewing traditions. The Bangalore Daze IPA, a West Coast–style IPA, is amber-hued and bold, featuring flavours of ripe mangosteen and bitter orange crafted for seasoned hop lovers.</p>



<p>Commenting on the launch, <strong>Ashwin Nawani</strong>, <em>COO, Red Rhino</em> said, &#8220;When moving from draft to bottle, our goal was not to change the soul of the beer, but to make it more stable without compromising flavour. We fine-tuned our recipes to account for shelf life, optimised fermentation and packaging to reduce oxygen pickup, and avoided shortcuts such as heavy filtration or preservatives. The beer in the bottle reflects the same craft intent as what you’d experience on tap.”</p>



<p>Founder, <strong>Kishore Pallamreddy</strong> added, <em>&#8220;This bottled range is a milestone in our evolution. We’ve always believed that great craft beer should be accessible, and now, we’re bringing our most-loved recipes directly to the doorsteps of Bengaluru&#8217;s beer lovers. It’s the same Red Rhino spirit, just in a new, convenient avatar.&#8221;</em></p>



<p>The bottled range is packaged in a distinctive sculpted bottle inspired by the rhino, symbolising strength and confidence, and reflecting the brand’s philosophy of crafting bold yet balanced beers. Currently available at select premium outlets across Bengaluru, including Balcony Bar, Drops, Beer Box, Wild Bar, Dewars, Top Shelf and Liquids, the company plans to scale its bottled presence to over 50 locations by March 2026.</p>



<p>With the continued premiumisation of India’s beer market, Red Rhino’s bottled craft beer launch in Bengaluru signals its intent to strengthen its position across both on-premise and off-premise channels. Over the next 12 to 24 months, the brewery aims to expand further across Bengaluru and Telangana, building a stronger retail and taproom presence in India’s growing craft beer ecosystem.</p>
