Three years after launching Sumosave with the ambition of building what he calls “Bharat’s modern ration ki dukaan,” retail veteran Mohit Kampani has secured fresh backing to take that vision nationwide. Sumosave Retail Ventures has raised Rs.50 crore in a Pre-Series B funding round, led by consumer-focused investment firm 12 Flags Group, founded by former Reckitt Global CEO Rakesh Kapoor, with Stride Ventures providing venture debt. The company had previously raised around US$3.3 million from Lightspeed and angel investors.

Founded in 2022, Sumosave operates a Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) chain of neighbourhood supermarkets focused on middle and lower-middle-income households across East and North India. Unlike premium supermarkets or hypermarkets that largely cater to affluent consumers, Sumosave’s proposition revolves around everyday grocery savings without compromising on product quality, assortment or convenience. The fresh capital will primarily fund store expansion, strengthen the supply chain and support leadership hiring as the company pursues an ambitious target of 500 stores by 2030.

The retailer currently operates 35 supermarkets and reported a revenue base of around Rs. 32.9 crore. While the company has not disclosed profitability figures, investors have highlighted its focus on affordability, operating discipline and capital-efficient growth as key reasons for backing the business.

Kampani, who brings more than three decades of experience in organised retail and previously held senior leadership roles with major retail businesses, believes India’s next phase of organised grocery growth will not come from India’s largest metros but from hundreds of underserved cities and neighbourhoods. Sumosave has therefore deliberately positioned itself away from premium retail, instead targeting consumers who spend a significant portion of their monthly household budgets on food and grocery purchases and actively seek everyday value.

What differentiates Sumosave from conventional supermarket chains is the simplicity of its retail model. Rather than relying on aggressive promotional campaigns, complex loyalty programmes or cashback offers, the retailer displays straightforward selling prices and communicates in regional languages. The company also stocks a mix of national and carefully selected local brands, reflecting regional consumption patterns instead of adopting a uniform assortment across markets. Its stores, typically spanning around 2,000 sq. ft. and 5,000 sq. ft., are designed to function as full-fledged neighbourhood supermarkets located within dense residential catchments.

Kampani has also argued that consumer behaviour in these markets differs significantly from that of metro shoppers. According to him, nearly half of Sumosave’s daily sales occur during the evening shopping window between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., while cash continues to account for around 60% of transactions despite the rapid growth of digital payments. These insights have shaped the company’s operating model around local shopping habits rather than replicating metro retail formats.

The investment also reflects growing confidence that India’s value grocery segment can coexist with both national supermarket chains and quick-commerce platforms. While large retailers such as DMart, Reliance Smart Bazaar, Spencer’s and More Retail continue expanding across the country, Sumosave is attempting to win customers through neighbourhood proximity, transparent pricing, local merchandising and a sharper focus on value-conscious households—an area that remains relatively underpenetrated in many parts of East and North India. Rather than competing head-on with hypermarkets or instant delivery platforms, the company is building a format centred on routine monthly grocery shopping, where trust, affordability and familiarity often outweigh speed.

With organised grocery retail still accounting for only a fraction of India’s overall food and grocery market, investors appear to be betting that regional, execution-led supermarket chains can carve out meaningful positions alongside larger national players. Sumosave’s latest fund raise provides Mohit Kampani with the capital to test that thesis at scale, as the company embarks on its journey from just 35 supermarkets today to a targeted network of 500 neighbourhood stores by the end of the decade.

India’s homegrown quick-service café chain, Nothing Before Coffee (NBC), is brewing an impressive growth story, emerging as one of the country’s fastest-growing coffee brands in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. Driven by the rising café culture across smaller cities and an expanding base of young consumers, the company has reported a remarkable 1.5x surge in revenue, underscoring the growing appetite for premium yet affordable coffee experiences beyond the metros.

The café chain has continued its aggressive push into high-potential, underserved markets, expanding its footprint to 45 cities across 12 states as of June 2026. With this momentum, NBC remains firmly on course to achieve its ambitious target of operating more than 170 outlets across India by the end of FY 2026-27.

For FY 2025-26, NBC’s revenue climbed to Rs. 90 crore from Rs. 59 crore in the previous fiscal, registering a robust CAGR of 52.5%.The growth has been backed by a disciplined expansion strategy focused on strong unit economics, with the brand increasing its network from 86 outlets in FY 2024-25 to 109 outlets in FY 2025-26, reflecting a CAGR of 26.74%.

As India’s café culture increasingly shifts beyond metropolitan cities, NBC has established a strong presence in emerging urban centres such as Jaipur, Indore, Lucknow, Varanasi, Surat, and Ahmedabad. The brand is also witnessing growing demand in Tier 3 cities, particularly around high streets and college hubs, where young consumers are willing to spend between Rs. 150 and Rs. 300 on beverages that deliver a premium café experience without the premium price tag.

Capitalising on evolving consumption habits, NBC has built a menu that resonates with Gen Z and Millennials, for whom iced beverages have become an all-day indulgence rather than a seasonal treat. Its range of cold coffees, iced lattes, flavoured brews, and the brand’s signature thick ‘Shrappe’ have become standout favourites. Alongside, flavored brews also drive massive volumes, helping NBC strengthen customer loyalty while accelerating its rapid expansion across India’s emerging café markets.

“Our robust growth is a powerful testament to our brand’s resonance and sharp focus on scalable, unit- economics-driven expansion across Bharat. For Gen Z in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns, coffee is no longer just a functional beverage; it is an accessible lifestyle choice and a statement of identity. By pairing a refined, premium café aesthetic with disruptive value propositions like our Super Coffee Pass, we are not just opening outlets, we are building the default social hubs for India’s next generation,” said Ankesh Jain, Co-founder of Nothing Before Coffee.

With the Super Coffee Pass, Nothing Before Coffee is doing more than offering an affordable caffeine fix. It is redefining India’s café consumption habits and changing the core of beverage choices amongst consumers. By making premium coffee accessible at an everyday price point while driving consistent customer engagement, NBC has created a win-win model for both consumers and the business. As the brand continues its rapid expansion across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, initiatives like the Super Coffee Pass reinforce its ambition to make quality café experiences a daily ritual for millions of Indians, setting a new benchmark for value-driven growth in the country’s evolving QSR coffee landscape.

As Nestlé Professional enters Indian Railways, the FMCG giant is expanding not just retail presence but consumption occasions across one of India’s largest mobility networks

Nestlé Professional opening a new NESCAFÉ kiosk at Thrissur Railway Station in Kerala, marks the company’s formal entry into one of India’s largest and most influential consumption ecosystems — the Indian Railways network, which serves millions of passengers every day.

The launch is Nestlé Professional’s first kiosk under its partnership with Indian Railways and represents a significant step in the company’s ambition to deepen its out-of-home presence across high-footfall transit locations. For Nestlé India, whose annual report repeatedly highlights “penetration-led volume growth” as a key strategic pillar, railway stations offer something few channels can match – scale, frequency and daily consumer engagement.

Located at one of Kerala’s busiest railway stations, the new outlet offers travellers a range of hot and cold coffee beverages along with curated food options designed to deliver quality, convenience and consistency. More importantly, it gives Nestlé direct access to millions of consumers who increasingly seek trusted food and beverage brands while on the move.

“Indian Railways touches the lives of millions of Indians every day and has earned a place of immense trust in the hearts of consumers across the country. Being associated with such an iconic institution is a matter of great pride for us,” said Saurabh Makhija, Head, Nestlé Professional. “With the launch of our NESCAFÉ outlet at Thrissur Railway Station, we are delighted to bring travellers a comforting and familiar experience through quality coffee and trusted food and beverage offerings during their journeys.”

Building India’s Out-of-Home Consumption Engine

The railway initiative comes at a time when Nestlé Professional has emerged as one of the fastest-growing businesses within Nestlé India.

Saurabh Makhija
Head, Nestlé Professional

According to the company’s FY26 Annual Report, the out-of-home business delivered robust volume-led growth driven by strong customer acquisition, deeper channel penetration and expanding consumption occasions. The business continues to embody Nestlé India’s broader strategy of creating growth through increased consumption frequency rather than relying solely on price increases.

This strategy is visible across multiple channels. Educational institutions, hospitals, airports, corporate offices, malls and transit locations have become important growth engines as consumers spend more time outside their homes and increasingly consume food and beverages across multiple daily occasions.

“At Nestlé Professional, we are committed to fueling customer growth through strong partnerships and purposeful innovations. By staying ahead of evolving consumer needs and leveraging our iconic brands with culinary expertise, we enable differentiated out-of-home experiences,” Makhija noted in the annual report.

The Thrissur launch therefore fits into a much larger national play. Rather than viewing railway stations as standalone retail locations, Nestlé sees them as strategic consumption hubs where millions of consumers can engage with its brands every day.

Why Railways Matter

Few consumer channels in India offer the scale and reach of Indian Railways.

For Nestlé Professional, railways represent a unique combination of high traffic, repeat usage and national coverage. Unlike traditional retail outlets where purchases are destination-driven, railway stations capture consumers during travel occasions when convenience, trust and speed become critical purchase drivers.

Jinraj Adyanthaya
Sales Head, Nestlé Professional

“Railways is a very important channel for Nestlé Professional, given its scale and ability to connect with millions of consumers on the move every day,” said Jinraj Adyanthaya, Sales Head, Nestlé Professional.

“This new initiative with Indian Railways will enable us to further expand our presence across the network while bringing a wider range of Nestlé’s food and beverage offerings to consumers on the move.”

The company has ambitious plans for expansion.

Adyanthaya indicated that Nestlé Professional intends to participate in railway tenders across divisions throughout India, creating opportunities to establish a significantly larger presence within the railway ecosystem.

“We intend to participate in as many tenders as possible across railway divisions throughout India under this initiative, helping us strengthen our footprint in the travel segment and make our trusted brands more accessible to consumers.”

All railway outlets will be operated through Nestlé-authorised operators to ensure consistent product quality, service standards and consumer experience across locations.

Retail ONE Crosses 1,000 Kiosks

The railway initiative also builds upon one of Nestlé Professional’s most successful growth platforms — Retail ONE.

The operator-funded kiosk model crossed the milestone of 1,000 kiosks across India during FY26, making it one of the largest branded foodservice kiosk networks in the country.

These kiosks operate under formats such as NESCAFÉ Corners, MAGGI Hotspots and KITKAT Break Zones across educational campuses, healthcare institutions, airports, malls and other high-traffic locations.

What makes Retail ONE particularly significant is that it serves both commercial and social objectives.

The network has created employment opportunities for more than 1,700 people, including nearly 300 women and six specially-abled individuals. Beyond sales, the model enables entrepreneurship while expanding Nestlé’s reach into new consumption occasions.

The addition of railway stations potentially opens another large chapter for the network’s expansion.

Innovation Beyond Coffee

While NESCAFÉ remains the flagship brand for many of these outlets, Nestlé Professional’s ambitions extend far beyond coffee.

The annual report highlights the company’s growing focus on becoming a “total solution provider” for foodservice operators.

Recent innovations include NESCAFÉ Duo Gusto machines capable of dispensing both hot and cold beverages, low- and zero-sugar beverage options for health-conscious consumers, and UPI-enabled dispensing solutions that support unattended formats.

The company is also expanding the application of its food brands within professional kitchens.

KITKAT Spread has been introduced to support dessert innovation by chefs. MILKMAID has found applications beyond traditional chai into bakery, desserts and Vietnamese coffee preparations. MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder has expanded into coastal cuisine applications, delivering strong double-digit growth.

Nestlé Professional has also strengthened partnerships across the foodservice ecosystem. Collaborations with Burger King India resulted in the launch of BK Fusion KITKAT Shake and Sundae across more than 500 restaurants, while alliances with Bakingo, Gianni’s Ice Cream and SOCIAL have driven dessert innovation.

India’s Second-Largest Out-of-Home Market in AOA

Nestlé’s out-of-home ambitions are backed by significant scale.

India remained the second-largest market for Nestlé’s Out-of-Home business within the Asia, Oceania and Africa region, trailing only China. Growth was supported by premiumisation, relevant innovation and deeper penetration across metro, mega-city and tier-1 markets.

As India’s foodservice industry continues to grow faster than many traditional packaged food categories, Nestlé Professional is increasingly positioning itself not merely where products are sold, but where food and beverages are consumed.

The launch at Thrissur Railway Station reflects this shift.

For travellers, it may simply mean access to a familiar cup of coffee during a journey. For Nestlé Professional, however, it represents something much larger — another step towards building one of India’s most extensive out-of-home consumption networks, connecting iconic brands with consumers wherever they work, study, travel and spend time beyond their homes.

Origin Fresh, India’s pioneering premium fresh produce brand, has expanded into West India with the launch of its first store in Koregaon Park, Pune. The launch marks a significant milestone for the Bengaluru-headquartered company, which operates an omnichannel model comprising physical stores, its own app and website, and quick commerce platforms.

The choice of Koregaon Park reflects Origin Fresh’s focus on serving consumers who place a premium on quality, freshness, and conscious food choices. Known for its vibrant lifestyle, global outlook, and evolving food culture, the neighbourhood presents a strong strategic fit for the brand quality-first approach to fresh produce retail.

The new store offers over 250+ SKUs of fruits, vegetables, and daily essentials, including more than 150+ speciality and exotic varieties sourced through domestic and international farmer partners. The assortment includes Korean Pears, Japanese Sun Fuji Apples, Cotton Candy Grapes, Yellow Dragon Fruit, and hydroponically grown lettuces, catering to growing demand for global flavours, healthier lifestyles, and ingredient-led food experiences.

Commenting on the launch, Prashanth Vasan, Co-Founder and CEO, Origin Fresh, said, “Pune represents an important milestone in our growth journey. It is a city with a discerning consumer base that values quality, authenticity, and better food choices. Koregaon Park, in particular, embodies the characteristics of the modern Origin Fresh customer, someone who is conscious about what they consume and seeks the very best. Through this launch, we are bringing our expertise in premium assortment and quality commitment closer to households in the city. Pune is the first step in our West India expansion strategy, and we see a significant opportunity to build a strong presence in the region.”

The new outlet was inaugurated by Shri Ranjit Shrikant Shirole, General Secretary, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) at a ribbon-cutting ceremony, who commended the store launch by saying, “I wish the entire Origin Fresh team the very best on this exciting new chapter. Having already established a strong presence across Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Chennai, it is wonderful to see them now expand into Pune. I am confident that the people of Pune will appreciate the quality, freshness, and convenience that Origin Fresh brings. It is encouraging to see a brand focused on making fresh fruits and vegetables more accessible while supporting the farming community. I look forward to seeing Origin Fresh expand its footprint across Pune and Mumbai and enable many more families to enjoy fresh, responsibly sourced produce.”

Built on a promise of delivering premium fresh produce, Origin Fresh employs a rigorous five-step quality assurance process that spans sourcing, grading, handling, storage, and distribution. The brand also offers hydroponically grown produce cultivated using Deep Water Culture (DWC) technology, enabling residue-free produce with enhanced freshness and longer shelf life.

Complementing the retail experience is the Origin Fresh app, which provides access to fresh, exotic, hydroponic, and everyday produce. The platform also features the brand’s proprietary Ripeness Quotient, allowing customers to select fruits based on their preferred stage of ripeness and consumption timeline. With stores now operational across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Chennai, and Pune, Origin Fresh plans to continue investing in retail expansion in the coming months as well.

Gurgaon-based D2C nutrition and sports supplement brand BeastLife has announced the successful closure of FY26 with a turnover of Rs.105 crore, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. The company has now set an ambitious revenue target of Rs.250 crore for FY27, driven by expansion into offline retail channels, the launch of Beast Cafés, deployment of smart vending machines, and the continued growth of its digital-first business.

Demonstrating strong execution and market traction, the company turned EBITDA positive within two years of launch, underscoring the resilience of its business model and rising consumer acceptance.

Reflecting its strong growth momentum, BeastLife recently achieved net sales of Rs. 20 crore in a single month, exceeding its internal target of Rs.15 crore. Notably, this figure represents actual net sales after adjusting for GST and returns, rather than gross merchandise value (GMV). The achievement has pushed the company’s annual revenue run rate (ARR) to approximately Rs. 240 crore.

Founded in 2024 by renowned fitness influencer Gaurav Taneja and former Mamaearth executive Raj Vikram Gupta, BeastLife is a new-age Indian nutrition brand focused on making high-quality, science-backed sports nutrition accessible to a wider consumer base.

BeastLife operates primarily as a digital-first platform, offering a range of products including protein supplements, creatine, mass gainers, multivitamins, and wellness products, catering to fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and health-conscious consumers. Recently, it raised Rs.20 crore in funding to accelerate product innovation, strengthen research and development capabilities, and support its aggressive expansion plans across India and international markets.

As part of its next phase of growth, BeastLife plans to significantly strengthen its offline presence across India through strategic retail partnerships, experiential Beast Cafés, and technology-enabled vending machine networks at gyms, educational institutions, offices, and other high-footfall locations.

Commenting on the milestone, Gaurav Taneja, Co-Founder, BeastLife said, “We set ourselves a target of Rs.15 crore in monthly sales and were delighted to surpass it by achieving Rs.20 crore in net sales in a single month. More importantly, we have achieved this while building a sustainable and profitable business. Our focus has always been on delivering high-quality products, maintaining transparency, and creating genuine value for our customers. As we move into FY27, we are confident of reaching our Rs.250 crore revenue target through product innovation, deeper market penetration, and expansion into new consumer touchpoints.”

Raj Vikram Gupta, Co-Founder, BeastLife added, “The next chapter of BeastLife’s growth will be driven by building a stronger omnichannel presence. While our digital business continues to perform exceptionally well, we see significant opportunities in offline retail, Beast Cafés, and vending solutions that can bring our products closer to consumers. We are investing in building a robust distribution ecosystem and creating unique brand experiences that go beyond traditional supplement retail. With strong fundamentals, a growing community, and a profitable business model, we believe BeastLife is well-positioned to become one of India’s leading nutrition and wellness brands.”

The company expects offline channels to contribute an increasing share of revenue over the coming years as demand for trusted nutrition brands continues to grow across metros as well as emerging markets.

With a strong product portfolio, growing brand recognition, and a rapidly expanding customer base, BeastLife remains focused on its mission of building a world-class nutrition brand from India while continuing to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

As consumers increasingly seek authentic flavours, ingredient transparency, and affordable nutrition, traditional Indian food categories are witnessing renewed interest across markets. Products such as Sattu, Makhana, Thekua, Nimki, traditional pickles, and regional specialities, long consumed across Indian households, are increasingly finding a place in organised retail alongside modern food categories.

Riding on this shift, Pune-based Innocent Fresh Foods Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its presence across India with a portfolio of more than 25 traditional food products. The company, which achieved profitability early in its growth journey, currently has a presence across approximately 1,000 retail outlets and is preparing to expand into 40-50 cities over the next few years.

Commenting on the company’s vision, Saroj Rai, Co-founder, Innocent Fresh Foods Pvt. Ltd., said, “For decades, traditional foods such as Sattu, Thekua, Nimki, Makhana and regional pickles have been consumed by millions of Indians, yet most of these categories remain fragmented and under-branded. We see a significant opportunity to build trusted national brands around products consumers already know, love and trust. At Innocent Fresh, our mission is simple: make traditional foods as accessible, convenient and desirable as modern packaged foods without compromising on authenticity, nutrition or taste.”

Over the next two to three years, the company plans to deepen its presence across existing markets while expanding into 40-50 cities, with a particular focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets where traditional food categories already enjoy strong consumer acceptance. Future growth will be driven through general trade, e-commerce, quick-commerce, institutional channels, and exports.

Beyond its commercial ambitions, the company has incorporated rural participation into its operating model by working with women from rural communities who possess traditional food preparation skills passed down through generations. By integrating traditional expertise into a scalable business model, Innocent Fresh aims to create livelihood opportunities while helping preserve India’s rich culinary traditions.

Despite widespread consumption, many traditional food categories continue to remain fragmented and under-branded. Innocent Fresh believes this gap presents a significant opportunity to build trusted consumer brands around products that consumers already understand, purchase, and consume regularly.

As part of its pan-India expansion plans, The Organic World (TOW), India’s largest retailer for organic and natural groceries and the country’s leading Responsible Retailer, has announced the launch of two new stores, one in Bengaluru and another in Hyderabad. The expansion marks another significant milestone in the brand’s mission to make worry-free groceries more accessible and affordable to consumers across India.

The newly launched Bengaluru store, located in Nagarbhavi, further strengthens TOW’s growing footprint in its home market, while the Hyderabad launch at Srinagar Colony – its fifth in the city – marks another strategic step in the brand’s expansion into key urban markets beyond Karnataka. Spread across approximately 1200 sq. ft the stores bring TOW’s curated range of organic, clean-label, and natural products to a rapidly growing base of health-conscious consumers in the city.

Both stores offer consumers access to a wide assortment of over 2,000+ thoughtfully curated products across everyday grocery and wellness categories. Staying true to TOW’s responsible retail philosophy, every product available at the stores is screened through the brand’s industry-first “Not In Our Aisle” framework, which excludes more than 25+ harmful and questionable ingredients commonly present in packaged consumer goods today. Through this stringent approach, TOW continues to strengthen its commitment towards clean-label and transparent retailing in India.

Commenting on the expansion, Gaurav Manchanda, Founder & Director, The Organic World, said, “Consumers today are becoming far more mindful about the choices they make for themselves and their families, and our endeavour has always been to make clean, trustworthy, and worry-free products more easily accessible. The launch of our new stores in Bengaluru and Hyderabad marks another important step in our larger vision of building a responsible retail ecosystem rooted in transparency, quality, and conscious living. As we continue to expand, our focus remains on empowering consumers with better choices so they can shop with confidence across everyday categories.”

The stores house a wide range of categories including organic fruits and vegetables, clean-label staples, cold-pressed oils, bilona ghee, toxin-free personal care, baby care essentials, healthy snacking options, vegan products, natural beverages, wellness supplements, and plant-based nutrition. Consumers will also have access to leading conscious brands such as WellBe, OSH, Vanam, Two Brothers Organic Farms, Conscious Foods, Urban Platter, Mezame, Heapwell, Gladful, Radico, Juicy Chemistry and Flying Kombucha, among others.

As the retail arm of Bengaluru-based Nimida Group, The Organic World continues to strengthen its retail footprint while staying committed to making worry-free and mindful consumption more accessible to Indian households.

Coffee Sutra, the acclaimed speciality coffee brand from Jaipur founded by restaurateur and culinary innovator Dushyant Singh, has made its foray into the national capital through a landmark collaboration with NOD, Punjabi Bagh. Marking its first venture beyond Jaipur, the brand steps in as NOD’s official beverage partner, taking charge of the restaurant’s entire beverage program. The partnership brings together two like-minded brands driven by a shared vision—to craft cohesive dining experiences where food and beverages are thoughtfully integrated, not treated as separate.

At NOD, Coffee Sutra takes a holistic approach to the beverage experience, curating a menu that extends far beyond coffee. Guests can indulge in freshly brewed speciality coffees made from ethically sourced, single-origin beans, alongside a thoughtfully crafted selection of shakes, smoothies, and artisanal mocktails. Each offering is carefully designed to complement NOD’s globally inspired cuisine, enhancing the dining journey in a seamless, considered way. The philosophy is clear: beverages are no longer an just an add-on to a meal; they play an equally important role in shaping how guests experience a place.

Commenting on the partnership, Dushyant Singh, Founder, Coffee Sutra, said, “Delhi has always been a city with an incredible appetite for quality and experience. For us, this collaboration with NOD is the perfect first step into this city. Coffee Sutra was built on the belief that every cup should mean something, and that is exactly the experience we are bringing to NOD’s guests. From the sourcing of our beans to the final pour by our trained baristas, every detail is crafted with care and purpose. We are excited to share what Coffee Sutra stands for with Delhi’s discerning diners.”

Beyond menu curation, Coffee Sutra manages the complete beverage setup and daily operations at NOD. A trained team of baristas ensures consistency and quality in every cup served, while a dedicated technical team undertakes regular maintenance of equipment to keep operations running smoothly. This end-to-end approach reflects Coffee Sutra’s commitment to excellence at every touchpoint, right from the roastery to the guest’s table.

Rooted in over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Coffee Sutra connects directly with farmers across India and the globe to source exceptional beans. The brand operates its own roastery and Coffee Lab in Jaipur, offering hands-on workshops, brewing masterclasses, and barista training. With five vibrant cafés in Jaipur and partnerships with over 40 cafés across India, including international names such as Fairmont, Novotel, and Jamie Oliver Kitchen, Coffee Sutra has steadily grown into a nationally recognized specialty coffee brand.

This collaboration marks an important new chapter for Coffee Sutra as it expands its footprint across India, bringing its distinctive approach to specialty coffee to new cities and audiences. For Delhi’s growing community of coffee enthusiasts and discerning diners, the partnership introduces a beverage experience that is thoughtful, well-rounded, and crafted with intent, the one that elevates the role of drinks in the overall dining journey.

TTK Prestige has marked a defining moment in its retail evolution, with its Prestige Xclusive (PXL) network crossing the milestone of 100 exclusive outlets across India in FY26. This expansion act underscores a bold push towards deeper market penetration and a seamlessly accessible, omnichannel consumer experience.

The company’s inventively growing portfolio of cookware and appliances, including tri-ply, Castlite, and ceramic cookware, alongside appliances such as the Endura and Nutri series goes well with the expansion. The portfolio also features newer innovations like 2-in-1 air fryers, induction cooktops with whistle counter technology, and the Svachh range focused on ease of cleaning and hygiene.

Alongside network expansion, the brand is repositioning its PXL outlets as experience centres, designed to offer a more interactive and hands-on retail environment. These stores enable consumers to explore product features through demonstrations and in-store engagement.

At the heart of its growth strategy, the company is amplifying its on-ground presence through hyperlocal activations—bringing the brand closer to consumers via residential community outreach and immersive live demonstrations that drive product trials while fostering deeper, more meaningful connections.

Commenting on the development, Akila Chandrasekar, Senior General Manager Marketing, TTK Prestige, said, “Our vision is to transform retail into an experience-led journey for consumers. With our stores evolving into interactive spaces, we are enabling customers to truly engage with our products. From live demonstrations to hyperlocal activations, we are building stronger connections and helping consumers make more informed choices for their kitchens.”

Part of the TTK Group, TTK Prestige has built a strong presence in India’s kitchen appliances segment over the past six decades, focusing on innovation, durability, and consumer-centric design.

Further accelerating its retail momentum, TTK Prestige is opening the doors to ambitious entrepreneurs, expanding its franchise network and inviting partners to play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth.

Twisted Tails, India’s first concept-led and versatile ready-to-drink (RTD) non-alcoholic cocktail and mixer brand, has announced its launch across Le Marché stores in Delhi NCR—marking a significant milestone in its premium retail expansion journey. The move strengthens the brand’s presence within curated, high-footfall retail environments and aligns with the growing consumer appetite for premium, experience-led beverages.

Founded by Radhika Sharda, Atin Khanna, and Raghav Sharda, Twisted Tails operates at the intersection of flavour innovation and storytelling. Built around the philosophy of ‘One for Every Tale,’ each variant is designed to evoke a distinct mood and experience—offering a layered, contemporary alternative within the non-alcoholic beverage and mixer category. Crafted using real fruit juices and authentic spices, with reduced sugar and no artificial flavouring, the range is designed to be enjoyed both as a standalone RTD beverage and as a versatile mixer.

The current portfolio features four 250 ml variants, each priced at ₹200: Bizarre (Orange & Coffee), Mystical (Vanilla & Caramel), Uncanny (Cinnamon, Clove, Apricot & Peach), and Enigmatic (Tea & Jasmine)—each delivering a bold flavour profile that blends familiarity with an element of surprise.

The launch at Le Marché, renowned for its curated gourmet retail experience—positions Twisted Tails within a premium ecosystem that mirrors its focus on quality, design, and elevated consumer engagement. The brand is now available across five key Le Marché locations: South Point Mall, Good Earth Mall, and Galleria Market in Gurugram; DLF Promenade in Delhi; and Mall of India in Noida—enhancing accessibility among urban, quality-conscious consumers.

“Twisted Tails was created to bring creativity and storytelling into the beverage space,” said Radhika Sharda, Co-Founder & Curator, Twisted Tails. “We’ve always seen it as more than just a beverage—it’s about how people experience flavour, mood, and moments. Le Marché, with its discovery-led retail environment, is a natural fit for a brand like ours.”

“At the core, we wanted to create something that feels effortless yet exciting,” added Atin Khanna, Co-Founder, Twisted Tails. “The idea was to craft a product that is easy to pick up, yet intriguing enough to keep consumers coming back. Whether consumed on its own or used as a mixer, Twisted Tails adapts seamlessly to different occasions without losing its character.”

“Delhi NCR continues to be a key market for us,” said Raghav Sharda, Co-Founder, Twisted Tails. “Each flavour is designed to surprise and delight, while staying rooted in real ingredients and thoughtful craftsmanship. With Le Marché’s curated retail platform, we see a strong opportunity to drive discovery and introduce more consumers to our distinctive offerings.”

Commenting on the collaboration, Karan Ahuja, Spokesperson, Le Marché, said, “Our focus has always been on curating products that offer something truly distinctive for our discerning customers. Twisted Tails stood out for its unique flavour combinations, real ingredients, and strong storytelling-led design—making it a natural addition to our shelves.”

As Twisted Tails continues to build a robust omnichannel presence, primarily driven by evolving consumer preferences for experimentation, versatility, and premium consumption experiences. The expansion comes at an opportune time when India’s non-alcoholic beverage and mixer segment is witnessing strong momentum.
